How the commercial model works
GLEAN works two ways, on one credit balance.
Your own clients. Issue a code to a client you already act for. They complete the relevant GoLitigo product under your authority, and the draft pack comes back to you. This uses credits, with no commission. You bill your client as you always would.
Network introductions. Accept a qualified matter routed to you from a GoLitigo product. Accepting it uses one credit. On the fees you then bill that client during the agreed value window, GoLitigo receives a commission at the rate set out in your agreement. The commission is disclosed to the client and does not affect your independence or the advice you give.
You buy credits in packs through the adviser portal. You own the client relationship either way, instruct directly, and set your own rates.
Who can join
GLEAN is for regulated and verified professionals: solicitors and barristers, costs lawyers, accountants and tax advisers, and IAA-regulated immigration advisers. Verification is a condition of membership, not a badge. We confirm identity, current regulatory authorisation, and standing, and run KYC and AML checks before any matter is routed to you.
Privilege
When a client instructs you through GLEAN, your solicitor-client communications are privileged in the ordinary way. GoLitigo's confidentiality regime is designed not to disturb that.

GoLitigo is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Advisers in GLEAN are independent practitioners who contract with clients directly. GoLitigo is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
